There will be a letter mailed out soon that needs to be signed and returned stating that you have received the Personal Management Skills Evaluation for your child.
For those who attended tri-conferences on the Thursday, you should already have them.
For those that attended on the Wednesday, those were the sheets that we looked over, they have been sent home with your child.
For those who did not attend the tri-conferences, the sheets have been sent home with your child.
